We will discuss the elements of successful teams, including collaboration, delegation, real dialogue, effective issue resolution, and action planning. We will revisit the impact of personality and discuss how to make it a point of strength. Half-Day Tomcar ATV Tour 12:15 - 5 pm This amazing ATV tour takes you deep into the Sonoran Desert where you will see beautiful mountain vista views, incredible dynamic terrain, and maybe even some desert creatures, both furry and scaled, scurrying around their desert playground! Guides will lead you on a guided ATV tour as you drive an authentic, military-grade Tomcar ATV. You will spend a full 3 to 3.5 hours on trails that go deep into the desert where few people ever go. Travel through rugged and beautiful terrain and see amazing views while being entertained by guides as they present interesting facts, trivia, and survival tips about this incredible desert. Sunday, March 9 52nd Annual Prayer Breakfast 8 - 9:30 am The Prayer Breakfast is a longtime PCCA tradition that unites members and their families in scripture, music, and fellowship. Utility Construction Industry Overview 9:45 - 11:15 am FMI President & CEO Chris Daum reports on activity in PCCA members’ primary markets and discusses what he sees coming down the pipeline in the utility construction sector. At FMI, Chris oversees the management of all FMI businesses and services and leads the firm’s strategic growth efforts. Previously, he served as president and senior managing director of FMI Capital Advisors, the firm’s investment banking subsidiary, where he also led the firm’s utility infrastructure practice. He works with owners, boards, and management teams on strategic issues involving industry trends, management, ownership transfer, and mergers & acquisitions. Pool Day 1 - 4 pm Join fellow members at the Main Resort Pool for this annual informal gathering of PCCA members. Full beverage and food service will be available to purchase at Sunset Pool Bar. Horseback Riding at Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch 12:45 - 4 :15pm You must experience the Old West the real cowboy way: on horseback. You’ll find some of the best horseback riding in all of Arizona at Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch. Experienced wranglers and horses will make sure you have both a fun and a safe ride. This guided horse trail ride will go through the Sonoran Desert in the majestic Goldfield Mountain Range and take you on saguaro cactusstudded ridges, across and along the Lower Salt River, into dry arroyos, and up the creosotecovered hills that overlook Saguaro Lake. You climb into a Tomcar ATV and head about 8 miles into the desert to the shooting range, where your guide/ instructor will set up machine guns and give you a thrill of a lifetime! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shoot fully automatic machine guns in the heart of the beautiful Sonoran Desert with capable instruction by NRA-certified instructors and range safety officers. When the firearms portion is completed, you will jump back in the Tomcars and continue your ATV tour. All of the fully automatic rifles are manufactured by professionals at our subsidiary, Desert Wolf Tactical LLC, a federally licensed manufacturer right here in Arizona.
