Opening Session: People First: The Next Evolution of Construction for Culture, Performance & Profit w/ Mark Breslin 6:30 - 7:30 pm The competition for talent in the power and communication construction industry has never been greater. In today’s market, offering higher pay alone is no longer enough to attract or keep the best people. The People First: The Next Evolution of Construction for Culture, Performance & Profit program challenges contractors to think differently about leadership, retention, and workforce engagement. This powerful keynote with Mark Breslin explores how culture, communication, and purpose-driven leadership have become as essential to performance as safety and production—and why the most successful contractors are redefining their edge around people, not just projects. Through real-world examples and best practices from topperforming contractors, participants will learn how to create a workplace that builds loyalty, develops talent, and drives profitability. The People First approach will equip PCCA members with practical strategies to strengthen their talent pipeline, elevate field leadership, and foster a culture that attracts the next generation of workers. Attendees will leave with actionable steps to move from reactive management to intentional leadership—transforming their teams and securing a competitive advantage in an evolving industry. Chairman’s Welcome Reception & Dinner 7:30 - 9:30 pm PCCA Chairman Rob Pribyl and his wife, Kelly, host a reception and dinner under the stars at the freshly renovated South Palm Court.
