John Hale - Inducted 3/10/2026

jhale2John Hale's career at John Deere career began in Baltimore, Md., in April 1980, with the Eastern Industrial Region. His first of many field assignments was throughout much of Pennsylvania and Delaware collecting delinquent retail note payments (and in some cases, he said, regretfully repossessing equipment) from contractors and logging customers. Those were days of very high interest rates. This was the first of at least nine moves with the company, and he called it an excellent introduction to customer business, dealer business, John Deere equipment, and the importance of quality service, effective collection techniques, and the industry itself.

Larry Pribyl - Inducted 3/12/2025

lpribyl25Hard work is the theme of Larry Pribyl’s career. Larry founded M&P Utilities in 1973 doing what he described as "a couple of people with a backhoe and a dump truck doing dig-ups for Northwestern Bell." They did anything that could be done with a backhoe or a trencher, and later with an air powered pneumatic gopher. The company had phenomenal growth, and the original partner sold in 1999 during the big rollup era. The company that bought M&P fell victim to the telecommunications crash and filed for bankruptcy in 2002. Larry formed MP Nexlevel with his brother Tim in 2002 to perform the bonded work from the bankrupt company. In 2004, MP Nexlevel purchased back his company along with eight other companies that had been rolled up along with M&P.  In 2006, his nephew Rob became a partner in the company, and MP Nexlevel grew tenfold by 2019.

Todd Myers - Inducted 3/12/2025

Myers Todd 258 0184When introducing Todd Myers for induction into the PCCA Hall of Fame, PCCA President & CEO Tim Wagner said, "Most of the PCCA Hall of Fame members have one thing in common – they’re hard workers. Todd Myers is one of the hardest workers that I have ever met. When he’s not working at his day job, running a successful utility construction company, he’s farming or making wine or restoring old cars or spending time with his grandchildren. And he still finds time to serve on the PCCA Government Affairs Committee, attend PCCA Washington Fly-ins, attend PCCA Mid-Year Meetings, attend quarterly Ohio Broadband and 5G Sector Workforce Partnership meetings, and support the utility technician program at Terra State Community College.

GregJohnson2
When PCCA Executive Vice President Tim Wagner introduced Greg Johnson for induction into the PCCA Hall of Fame, he said, "Greg Johnson is exactly who I picture when I think about PCCA’s roots. His family’s company, Okay Construction, started off as Franson Bothers in 1920, building railroad grade and roads with mules and horses. In 1938 with the emergence of the Rural Electrification Administration, they started electrifying farms and homes in rural Minnesota. After World War II, Greg’s dad, Ernie, started working for Franson, and in 1950 they incorporated into Okay Construction.
