2025 Convention Program & Auction Catalog 9 Friday Details Registration Open 8 am - 6 pm Arizona Ballroom Foyer PCCA Leadership Development Program: The Power of Effective Teams 8 am - 4 pm Arizona 9 Up and coming leaders will learn how to leverage the power of their teams to overcome obstacles and improve results. We will discuss the elements of successful teams, including collaboration, delegation, real dialogue, effective issue resolution, and action planning. We will revisit the impact of personality and discuss how to make it a point of strength. We will learn how to give effective feedback to hold team members accountable, build trust, and improve performance. $500 per person includes all educational materials, professional instructor, and breakfast & lunch on Friday. Board of Directors Meeting 3:30 - 5:45 pm Arizona 7 Open to PCCA Board of Directors only.
