The theater features three different spaces for you to explore, including a museum, the theater, and the Petersen House, where President Lincoln died. There you will learn about the people who gathered around him that fateful night. On this 2.5-hour guided tour, you take a trip back in time to discover the constant struggles that Lincoln endured during the Civil War, the historic artifacts related to his death, and the devastating impact it left on our nation. $150 includes museum and theatre admission, professional tour guide, transportation, taxes, and gratuity. 1 - 5 pm Air and Space Museum Tour The Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum maintains the world’s largest and most significant collection of aviation and space artifacts, encompassing all aspects of human flight, as well as related works of art and archival materials. Its research and outreach activities serve all audiences within and beyond its walls. $120 includes a four-hour tour of the museum with a professional tour guide, transportation, taxes, and gratuity. 1 - 5 pm Georgetown Food Tour Taste the diversity of DC’s oldest neighborhood! Once a thriving port, Georgetown still reveals glimpses of muledrawn boats and flour mills. Friday, September 18 8 - 9 am Breakfast 9 - 10 am Rural Utilities Discussion with Moderator John Fluharty Join PCCA members and invited guests from federal agencies and state broadband offices for a candid discussion on the status of rural broadband deployment efforts. Panelists will discuss progress made by the NTIA’s Broadband, Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, the Rural Utilities Service’s reConnect Program, and state and local programs, looking at construction timelines, funding disbursement status, project milestones, and lessons learned.
