2026 Convention Program & Auction Catalog 17 Government & Industry Issues Panel 10:15 - 11:45 am Moderated by PCCA Government Affairs Committee Chair John Fluharty with Ben Brubeck and Jaime Steve, this session details the committee’s recent initiatives, maps out its upcoming activities, and asks members about the issues that are affecting their businesses. Invited guests from government and industry will provide brief reports on issues relevant to power and broadband construction. Catamaran Tour w/ Lunch 12 - 5 pm Depart from Convention Entrance The PCCA crew will head to the docks at Bahia Mar Marina, board the Caribbean Spirit, the largest day sailing catamaran in North America, and then cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway to stop at a sandbar to swim and have lunch. A buffet lunch, soft drinks, and beer & wine will be served. Next, it’s sails out in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Our course is set for a picturesque anchorage where the water is turquoise. A variety of water toys will be available. $250 includes transportation, guides, lunch, soft drinks, water, beer and wine, water toys, towels, taxes, and gratuities.
